I started the pre-qualification process with Kelli. She responded quickly and suggested what we should do to get qualified. However, we did not want to take that suggestion and wanted to go another route. When I emailed her to let her know that, I never heard from her again. Which is concerning when someone has your very personal and sensitive information. Unfortunately, we had to find someone else and go through the process again. Which was inconvenient and left us to have to provide that sensitive information to someone else. It can increase your risk of becoming a victim to fraud with multiple people having your information.

Just closed on our house! Kelli and her team are amazing! They made this very stressful complex process as simplified as possible. Jaleigh is a rock star and just the absolute best. Highly recommend working with Kelli and her team! Thank you all so much!
