Kelli has been great to work with. We spent more than six months torturing her while house hunting, and she was unflappable. She responded quickly to texts, emails or phone calls, got us in to see places and never tried to put lipstick on a pig. She offered honest assessments and even counseled us when we were about to make too much of a compromise out of desperation/frustration.
