In response to several of the reviews posted. I am NOT the homebuilder, contractor, electrician, seller, grader, landscaper, or any of the above. I AM, a real estate broker marketing new homes for several building companies that I have zero financial interests in any of the companies. I do not administer warranty claims. I am prohibited by law to be involved in the administration of warranty claims to a company that I do not own on homes that I did not build. State law and contract forms requires binding arbitration for construction defects. The cost of that process is approximately 500 dollars. If you are unwilling to risk 500 dollars in binding arbitration, then it is likely you feel your claims are frivolous. Warranty claim protocol is explained at every walk thru, as well as every clos

Was sold on fact there was no HOA however there is now a legal fight that an HOA was in place since 2007 and will now be enforced with potential back pay to date of purchase. Misled by agents saying there was no HOA. UPDATE: After owning the home for 8 years, we have had multiple issues. Underground spring under the house requiring massive drainage but erosion is threatening the driveway and side of home. Showers and baths improperly installed with no bracing or foundation. Pipes that have 0 grade to drainage resulting in backup into home...on 2nd floor. Inadequate concrete work resulting in separation of front porch. Over 300 pounds of trash buried in front and back yard. Roof upon inspection showed flaws in seals around fireplace and vents. Electrical wiring issues resulting in complete

BUYER BEWARE. They built our new homes and then abandoned all unsold lots and all of the new homeowners. The lawns of unsold properties became overgrown with weeds taller than an adult person. Tonya is one who passes the buck when it comes to who is responsible for the many issues with our brand new homes. "I'm not the builder." Pretty sure it's her husband, but there is no accountability or attempt to assist with resolution. She simply stopped responding to anyone in my neighborhood. They were to finish paving our road but months after it was done we find out that $10k came out of our HOA funds to finish paving the road. None of the homeowners were aware because the HOA hasn't been officially turned over to us yet. Too many other issues to list but I assume there are other communiti

Crooked as they come. I don't understand how they're even allowed to do business in this state. Bought a brand new house a from them a few years ago and I've spent those last few years fixing the house. Sub-par finishing work, sketchy electrical work (my kitchen appliances are wired to the same breaker as one of the family rooms), showers were installed completely wrong which caused it to fail after 1 year, I will have to replace the other shower shortly as it suffers from the same flaw, grading in the yard was done improperly so my yard floods and the angle is so steep it's starting to give way, they placed sod directly over hard packed dirt so it didn't take, flashing showing on the roof, concrete that cracked after two months, beer bottles and trash buried in our back yards, I can go

Can I give no stars? Came into an already established subdivision with covenants in place. Built homes much smaller than what covenant required. Called them and they don't care at all. All they care about is money. Homes that are being built are sub par and not up to covenant. Considering taking this to court as I think there is a law in GA that you can't buy and build different standard of homes, where there were previous covenants in place at time of purchase. Beware of doing business with them!
