After looking for a house without success for about 2 years on and off, we were doubtful that we would find a house in our price range that met our needs. Joan cold called me at 8:30pm knowing well that our house was for sale by owner. I called her back to let her know to take me off her call list, which I'm not even the registered lister so Zillow probably sold my information. Anyway, she proceeded to let me know that she called give me more money for my listing and after I said she was being rude for calling so late, she proceeded to intrude that I was not in sales and hung up on me. Giving sellers information on how she handles things that aren't going her way.
