Great office! Great team for your real estate needs

Crystal Pomales at first seemed nice and knowledgeable. Showed my wife and i homes but none seem to fit the budget or needs we required all in areas we asked not to see homes in. I’m not sure if maybe it was she was more concerned with her commission that she keep showing us homes that didn’t fit our requirements. Regardless she kept talking about how she’s giving pole classes and that my wife & i should attend. She was trying to sell us tickets while checking out a home - told us we can leave pile dancing and get unlimited weed while at her event - AWKWARD!!!!! Especially since we never expressed interest in any of those things. We eventually decided to go with another more professional realtor who was focused on our homeownership dreams and not whatever that was all about.

I was hoping they could help me find a place - i met a lovely realtor named Crystal Pomales - said she would help & i never heard back. I called her several times and nothing. I decided to go with another real estate. Sad bc i was really looking forward to seeing some of their inventory. Don’t waste your time - if you go - avoid her.

Great services. Marlett at the front desk is very helpful.
