Very underwhelming professionalism shown by Ms Bass. She arrived irritated and confrontational stating that I deleted my ID when I clearly had not. When she discovered her error after accusing me, she did not apologize. This is all being done at the front gate into the community. We follow her to house. Sign on door says no shoes allowed, socks only. We were not informed prior and were not prepared. She smirked and said it's 'ok'. She showed zero respect for wishes of owner. Barely in the door she demands we sign an agreement stating a commission to tour a house we are wanting to rent. She was impatient in explaining it, finally boiling it down to she had to take time away from her family to show us the house. We only saw entry way and kitchen of this home because her manner and demanding

Im selling my house by myself and clearly stated on Zillow I don't want any realtors contacting me about me signing up with them. Well, not only did a realtor here not respect that and contacted me about signing up with them, they contacted me at 11:15PM!! 11:15PM is a completely disrespectful hour to randomly reach out to someone.

They helped us sell our condo and buy a new home. Special thanks to Clayton and Selena. Both went above and beyond. We are very happy that they were our agents.

Best place for a new agent. As a new agent and new to the industry. The most important thing to me was the level of support I get along with the training. To this point they have exceeded my expectations.
