The staff here is fantastic. I must have looked at 30 houses within a 75-100 mile radius of the agency. My realtor, Lori, was fantastic, always looking up places to show me when I was looking for a new home, and even insisting that she drive so I wouldn't burn up my gas. She and Anna, went well above and beyond in helping me find my new home, from the searching all the way to the financing and inspections. Anna (the team lead) even went to look at the house that I eventually bought to check for any problems that my agent and I may have missed. They were also able to negotiate a selling price that was much lower than the original listing price. I can't recommend this team enough!

About 3 years ago I bought my first house with the buyers being represented by Keller Williams agent. Worst experience ever until now trying to buy my second house. My bad for choosing this house again represented by Keller Williams, but why is the communication and clarity consistently bad with seller agents. I have quite a few friends in the real estate business. So it’s not just my lack of experience speaking here. Not sure if Keller Williams only attracts buyers who are negligent or if their real estate agents don’t know what they are doing, but I will be warning all my friends and family not to do business with this company under any circumstances. Fair warning.

We had tried to sell our home on our own for about 6 months. In early 2020, we hired Susan Shareshian from Keller Williams. She had a clear vision of how to market our home. After interviewing stagers, she hired and directed an affordable company. She also hired a yard maintenane man, cleaning crew and recommended a painter. She chose the perfect colors and advised which rooms needed painting and which did not. The advice we received was crucial in selecting which projects were worth doing. We listed the house in late February, and had a great offer in 48 hours ($11,000 over our asking price!) Robert and Joel are AWESOME real estate agents! They provided great service and always stayed in contact with me during the entire process. They made my first time home buying experience go smooth! I would definitely recommend them.

We were in the market for a amazing home to build a family in. We came a across a great deal, the land, the price was all fantastic. There was misleading and false advertising throughout multiple sites that this was listed on. The advertisements said that the carport fits two cars(I guess if you drifted a Prius into it). Appliances listed were visible in pictures, and a "new" video and in person once we finally got approved to do a walk through of the unit. After finally closing and getting the keys the lawn had been rejected and the washer and dryer were not in the unit anymore. We paid $2000 more dollars then the asking price.
