My son was trying to purchase a multi family to get our family out of the rent cycle. We went to an open house where the sellers agent misrepresented the home as we found out in our inspection. Then he REFUSED to return my sons deposit of $5,000! So much for the American Dream! Now our realtor is taking a cut on another home so we can purchase. This is all SO WRONG and Keller Williams doesn’t seem to care! Disgusting experience for our family. We were even concerned of tenants living there and were willing to hold off closing for up to 90 days so they could find good housing. That agent does food drives, big bravado, I hope $5,000 will help buy everything he needs this week. Harrowing experience and yet he had ‘multiple offers’… hustled my son and getting away with it! I had a horrible experience with Jeanne Fuller-Jones, a real estate agent at Keller Williams in Easton. Bad marketing, bad advice, bad/little communication with me. Thankfully, the contract expired so I can pursue a more effective agent.

My wife and I have to say this is by far the best Realty company around this area...And the Gouveia Realty Team are the ones to speak to for all of your real estate needs..Dan,Courtney,Erin and Julia lead an impressive charge to dominate the industry..

This is a worst office ,worst agent ,they are rude management are very racist ,they don’t send the paper work in a time manner ,they really not professional, they getting paid high commission and they really don’t follow the real state guidelines in MA I will recommend them to anyone or work with someone again at this office ,pure racist .
