Keller Williams Realty Sioux Falls

I don’t write many reviews, but I think people need to be aware of a potential problem with Keller Williams real estate. A few months ago we attended an open house put on by Keller Williams. We were preapproved for a loan and had our paperwork in order, ready to make an offer. Upon arrival we were treated with dismissiveness and indifference. The realtor, Saylor Benson, didn’t acknowledge us, acted like we were bothering her and was very short, even rude with her responses when we asked questions. However, everyone else that was present was graciously greeted, given a mini tour and had their questions answered politely. Very different treatment than us. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns was extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed almost daily. He was very proactive in promoting the property and we would not hesitate to use him again if needed.

Keller Williams Realty-Sioux falls is by far the best real estate company in town. The moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed by smiling faces. Keller Williams makes you feel like a family rather than a client. Keller Williams makes sure all their agents are up to date on all information real estate related. This company offers the best training in the nation and is filled with agents who are ready, willing, and able to answer all your real estate questions.

We were moving in from out of state and stumbled on to Keller Williams but were told good things about them. The KW Team started out pretty good but the level of service fell of over time to the point we would only hear from our agent when we called him to ask about the progress of our house being built, not sure he ever physically went to check on the house, and we were not represented by anyone from KW at the scheduled final walk through. Additionally, our agent had told us not to worry about finding help to move in after closing as he would help us and bring a friend which never happened, he never even bothered to call, so we felt very let down by KW. Not sure I could recommend them to anyone else.
