I have been coming to the Jersey Shore since I was a young child. This year I brought my adult children and elderly parents. For the past 24 hours we have been in a rental home with temperatures up to 86 degrees. The lack of response time from the realtor Cynthia Wall is completely unacceptable. She won’t answer her phone and hides behind texts. I understand this happened at the beach & understand it takes a little bit of time to address. However, they understood the severity of it early this am & did not addresses it. I called the KW office & who I understood to be Cynthia’s associate - Lisa Temple & still was ignored with no returned phone calls. Keller Williams Lavalette is lacking in customer service training of their team is what this comes down to in my opinion.

Crystal Skinner was my realtor for my property just sold. I can't say enough to express my appreciation for her knowledge and hard work. She got 20,000 over the asking price! I lived far from the house I was selling. She was there to help when I couldn't be there.

Stopped by after hours, but saw a number of interesting houses profiled in the window.
