My husband and I were interested in possibly selling our home and moving into a senior community. Donna came and laid all the information out for us so we could see what would be available in our price range. She patiently took us to see several homes in the area we wanted. Although my husband and I decided that it wasn't the right time for us to move for personal reasons, we will definitely be calling on Donna and her team to help us again when we are ready. Don t ever buy a home where the seller is the realtor. Forked river nj, donna rizzo, a realtor from crossroads realty. Sold HER house to my brother with faulty wiring..said the air conditioner runs fine, replaced in a week..electric not up to code, outside stairs not up to code, no railings on any steps outside, chimney was falling apart with water coming in when it rains..replaced. all she had to do was be honest about the issues and they would take care of it instead of them finding these things on thier own.
