Lack of quality workmanship, difficult to work with, charges to fix their mistakes, promises in writing to correct issues but instead send a lawyers letter to terminate relationship and sign a confidentiality and non-disparaging agreement. We refused. Their houses on outside look great but buyers design them, speak with owners to see inside and check ease in working with them.
