During the height of price increases in Florida, a number of my family members including myself had to move. My daughter and her 4 kids had relocated from Iowa and it was nearly impossible for them to find a place. For 6 months we were all on a hunt and couldn't find anything for them. Somehow, God placed Juliana in our laps and she worked relentlessly to get our daughter and children, who were all on the verge of homelessness, and also my husband and myself in to the greatest areas. We could not have been more thankful and blessed to have met her. This lady is incredible. She is highly ethical and she cares. I have worked with a lot of realtors before but I have never had one as hardworking knowledgeable and genuinely caring as Ryan. He really went above and beyond finding my roommate and I a great place to live within only a couple days and guided us through every step of the way. He literally took care of everything and took so much stress off my shoulders and he saved us thousands in rent by getting us in before Aug 1st. The place he found us is so nice and the landlord is great, just wish I met him sooner because he is the best realtor 10/10
