Sela is one of the best. When I moved to Arizona, I joined the KW team at this office. Sela was a phenomenal resource to me as a newer agent in Arizona. She understands Arizona law, has a keen grasp on the marketplace and has an unwavering sense of integrity. Without exception, I've seen Sela work tirelessly for her clients. Whether they are buyers or sellers. Sela's knowledge of the industry is easily within the top 99% of agents in the Valley. And her negotiations skills are some of the best in the business. Whether buying or selling, you aren't going to do any better than you will with Sela representing you. She is the best of the best.

Very unprofessional guy who doesn't know how to talk to people. I responded to an ad for an apartment for rent. I went to check out the apt and the pictures were different from what I was seeing. There was no refrigerator or washer as previously shown. I called while at the property to say it was different. He said well that is what we are offering now or you were looking at the wrong ad. I went home pulled up the pics on my computer and gave him a call back. I made sure it said Keller Williams realty at AZ property management. In the most respectful way I said sir can you please remove the fraudulent pictures from the ad. He yelled at me and asked what my name was because he was gonna cancel my application and hung up his phone. What business etiquette is that? Will never do business with

As far as their property management side of the house, I have nothing good to say about them. Be prepared to wait days for responses to email and having to hound and follow up repeatedly for any answer to even the most basic of questions. I only give reviews when something is really good or really bad, and this falls into the NEVER USE THIS COMPANY side of things. I will only rent directly from property owners going forward. The worst.
