This business is not honest or trustworthy like the broker states on its site. What a crazy experience. Called the number on a listing for a house I wanted to look at. They said I had to sign a form to look at the house. Ok- no big deal. Signed it. Fast forward a month later. I found out that I signed a 60 day contract without my knowledge or any explanation. Yes- failure on my end to read the contract. But I didn’t know it was a contract let alone the process or how it works. Zero explanation of anything. Had to go through hoops to get it cancelled. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They make excuses about the laws and say they don’t agree, but yet they deceive. MAKE KELLER IN POTEAU GREAT AGAIN, if it ever was! Bob Hill was the representative that showed me the house. Again- deceived- as email and text
