Recently bought a home listed by Ms. Amy Wise and Mr. Brant Ridenour. Usually, realtors are "hot and heavy" at the onset and closing only. However, that wasn't the case with Ms. Amy and Mr. Brant. They went above and beyond THROUGHOUT the ENTIRE home buying process and even AFTER the sale! While the Internet and smart phone apps provide a great deal of useful information about homes for sale, etc.; they can't supplant the human expertise provided by Ms. Amy and Mr. Ridenour. dmc
