I don’t recommend Jo Davis. She dropped the ball on first time home buyers by not doing her due diligence. She should have reasonably known about road work (that was publicly shared) impacting the neighborhood we bought in. She blamed the seller for not listing in material fact, but they did disclose in an appraisal they sent her. She didn’t read the appraisal completely or advise us on the appraisal the seller sent which did disclose the roadwork. Ultimately, the buck stops with the real estate agent when the road work is publicly announced. Jo didn’t earn her commission at all, and we regret working with her. We have been dealing with this roadwork project for 5 years with 5 more years to go. In addition, she didn’t show up to our closing or provide a suitable replacement so we were lef

By all means avoid this brokerage, what a terrible experience with Keller Williams. I am being held hostage on a listing agreement. The agent has been condescending and does not seem to want the business. Cannot get the qualifying broker on the line or the office team broker manager. Highly unprofessional organization and seem not understand this is a service oriented business

Throughout the entire life cycle of each transaction they remained diligent and made me feel as if I was their only client (even though I know that was not the case). When we were presented with roadblocks, they were able to navigate and assuage my concerns in a manner I didn't know was possible. Every penny spent for services @ KW Peachtree is worth it. They connect you with incredible resources to make you feel comfortable and confident in closing at both sides of the table. I am beyond grateful for their collective services and hope they are still in the Atlanta market when I need their services again.
