I will keep this simple. Not only they reply to my review but they exposing my person situations just because I do it doesn’t give them permission to do so they still didn’t justify the fact their agent didn’t respond to me for days also as I stated every situation is different there agent could have recommended other options I told them I am open to dang near every city in Texas just not Houston I am sure I could have got an approval somewhere else.. as I did manage to get the following day from another company I have been in search for a property for my family and I. I have found a property in Bryan TX Agent was Alfonso Flores I applied and couldn't get any phone calls text or emails answered day after day. Finally received what looked like an auto email saying i was denied due of cred

David & Melina Shellenberger were the best realtors anyone could ever ask for. They helped us to find the perfect home, made sure the inspection was completed & repairs made right. They protected our interests & earnest money. They negotiated with the seller when necessary & got us the best deal.
