I was a buyer with Keller Williams, Misty Deer was my agent, Oscar Morales was the seller's agent who is also with Keller Williams. I'm not sure what it is with Buyer and Seller agents with the same company but it makes it more difficult to complete anything. My contract was terminated Nov 12th 2025. I signed a release of Ernest money form and had to wait for the seller's agent Oscar to communicate this with his client.The client finally signed it on Nov 24th. I contacted my agent again Misty to let her know that I have not received the Ernest money Dec 1st. She said that they were waiting on the seller to pay for HOA fees of $150. I said I would pay for it. I still have not received the Ernest money. I reached out Dec 12th and 15th about the Ernest money Misty stopped answering text messa
