I had an extremely negative experience with Kelly and I wish someone had warned me. I was a younger buyer and new to the area, and instead of being protected and guided, I felt pushed through a deal. Major issues: • Negotiations moved forward without my clear authorization. Terms were communicated as if agreed to when I had not approved them and had not signed anything confirming them. • When I pushed back, it escalated into a confrontation and eventually attorneys took over communication—which tells you how badly the relationship and process broke down. • I used the inspector she recommended (my mistake). Looking back, it felt like the inspection was treated as a box to check, not a real effort to protect me. After closing, we discovered more issues with the house than we should have. B
