Keller Williams Realty New Castle

They had a showing of our next door neighbors house. They allowed for people to park in our yard, on a day after it rained the night before. I understand you can’t control everything, so we asked the realtor in change of the showing if they could fix it, she said absolutely. It’s been weeks later and we’re still trying to speak to the actual person Responsible and keep getting left messages of how there’s nothing she can do. Did I mention, someone actually got stuck in the yard and had to be pushed out? So much for accountability and doing what you said you were gunna do.

Never inspected and not up to code. The last picture is ice in the inside of the window!! Wind is blowing thru the house and the temps are below zero!!!! Slumlords!!!

The realtor was extremely rude and immature, unprofessional
