Contacted Castle Realty and left a voicemail for Jacob Staph. Was interested in this house rental, however no one returned my call. Just saw Jacob Staph rented this yesterday on 8/8/25. Thank you Jacob for NOT responding. Now I know what kind of agent you are, and grateful I will not be dealing with you as a landlord. I will not recommend Castle Realty to anyone!

Francesca seemed to be very nice at first. She had her assistant, Jake, show us around one property she had listed but told us we couldn't get into the other tenant occupied unit until we bought the home. Her assistant Jake mentioned we just had to give them 48hrs notice. She helped as much as she could to get into the next property, despite the tenant's resistance. She then told us we couldnt get into the attic until we bought the home even though the attic has had a window open since the one tenant moved in which was 7-8 years ago. The sellers disclosures for the properties are improperly filled out and there are major inconsistencies with what we saw vs what was listed on it. 60amp panels and 100amp panels are a big difference. Terrible experience I reached out to them multiple times in regards to a property. Anthony (The youngest one) didn’t return my call or voicemail, until 2 days later after I sent him multiple text. After we talked he guaranteed me he would send a video. No communication after I texted again about the video. Still haven’t received a call. I feel sorry for whoever property that they’re trying to sell because it’s being poorly handled

They don't even TRY to sell your house. They list it in the MLS and expect the house to sell itself. We've missed out on a number of new homes we were interested in because we still have this one on the market (almost a year now). in addition, we've been told more than once that our contingent offer was accepted on a house, only to find out later that it was not... Terrible experience,I can't wait till our contract expires so we can go elsewhere and work with someone who actually cares about their customers and isn't afraid to work a little to get the job done.
