I was standing outside their office near the Freeman Arts Pavilion about to walk down the block for a concert. A very nice sales person came out with a Keller Williams bag (clear...you could see inside it) and said "here, they're not going to let you in with that bag on your shoulder". My black bag looked like a back pack. The Keller Williams bag says Jennifer Hughes, Realtor, Associate Broker. Jennifer, if you were the person who gave me the bag, I can only imagine how attentive you are during a home buying/selling project. My wife (Linda) and I worked with Joe Sterner to find our home in Delaware. It took just over a year to find the right house. I was hoping to lean on my realtor Joann Glussich, instead I was spoken to as if i was incompetent, irresponsible and just in the way! I had to calm her down,tell HER everything was ok!
