I’m wondering if this place is a scam. They put a tract of land up for sale in December. Both myself and a family member immediately called their office, left numerous messages , sent emails and even texted the 2 listing agents on several occasions. Got one response saying “yes it’s for sale, I’m on vacation” Never heard back. I left messages after this, with the broker himself mind you, and the listing agents Again and never heard back until yesterday when I texted again and the agent said “accepted an offer” Who runs a business like this? Is it ethical to ignore potential buyers who want to make an offer? I hope the owners of the land in Livingston Manor find out that they just ignored other potential buyers. Never encountered being ignored by an agent before, totally bizarre. I would
