Hats off to Kennya, our custodian who goes above and beyond in taking care of the various maintenance issues. He responds quickly and with much respect.

Chester heights is a fantastic place to live. If I ever move back to New York I would live there again. So many animals live nearby. We loved to see the deer and squirrels around our patio. It was emotional to move out. Izzie takes care of the office and Kennya takes care of the apartment. Kennya is a fantastic maintenance guy and a friend. I really miss everything about the place. Things are looking up at Chester Heights apts, new sliding glass patio door, front door and new windows. Laundry room is being upgraded and our decks are being painted gray to match the new roof. The employees, Carmella, Donna, Irina, John Roy, John and Kenyan are EXCELLENT , Kenyan is always visible to answer our questions and to assist us.

Kennya came and fixed a problem in our bathroom in minutes! We greatly appreciate the staff at Chester heights! They do a superb job and always listen to what we have to say! Thank you!

Raising rents sky high in increments, took away our free heat through solar power (by last management company), many tenants moved because they were NOT treated right, poor and miscommunication by management. They have lied to tenants, made accusations of this Tennant. Planning on moving. Worst management company.
