We had a great experience with Paul and his team. They were responsive, strategic, and kept our best interests in mind. We really appreciated that we never felt pressured. We ended up having an opportunity to move into an apartment owned by my boyfriend's family in an amazing community, so we decided to put our house search on hold and save more (especially given how competitive the market is now). We felt badly telling Paul that we were going to halt our search, but he was genuinely understanding and we know he will be there for us when we are ready to buy a home. What I found with Matt Munson and Shea Pillsbury, the dynamic duo of Keller Williams, in Beverly, MA, is that they are not only very capable and excellent at explaining things, they are also extremely kind and generous with their time and hands-on efforts. Everything felt much less overwhelming than it would otherwise.
