When I began thinking about purchasing a home, I was paralyzed with fear. I was referred to Sheree Barrera by one of her previous clients. There's so much I can say about Sheree. Her customer service skills are outstanding, follow-up, deep concern to educate, empower anyone considering a purchase, and kind. When I told Sheree I was two years out from buying, she still took the time to educate me on how to prepare myself. If you're considering buying (especially in this crazy market), run, don't walk and ask for Sheree.

It's been a few years, but it still bothers me, so I am commenting now. Brian was my agent. At the open house, he answered questions. Unfortunately, he told my stalker from work at the time where I was moving out of state. He could have said the seller is moving closer to work or anything else. Problem was, my stalker went to my manager the next morning and told her. Instead of asking him, "how do you know where she lives?", she confronted me asking if I was moving out of state. HR is the only ones at work who needed to know where I lived. All I owed my manager was a two week notice, which I gave later. Please train your agents better to use more discretion when answering questions at an open house. They never know who these people really are.

Keller Williams in Elk Grove Realty has a great energy to it. If you are a new agent in the office you'll definitely get the support you need from the other agents around you. Also the agents I've met at KW love what they do!

I felt they really went to bat for me with the seller and got me the best possible deal. I would highly recommend.
