I have to say that working with our agent Brian K. throughout the process of buying a home was absolutely amazing!! He stuck with us during the difficult showings where things were not as told by the sellers, walking us through and not letting us fall into some reality trap!! I can’t tell you how many houses my husband and I had Brian show us 😅 He NEVER seemed annoyed, frustrated, burnt out, or fed up! He made it an extremely wonderful and positive experience every step of the way!! With agents at Keller Williams like Brian, you feel like family!! God put Brian in our path for a reason and we are so thankful!! We bought our dream house with Brian guiding us and making sure we received the best of the best along the way!! 1-Star Review Zach davis has Extremely poor communication. I reached out about a property, provided my phone number, and was told I’d receive a call “first thing in the morning.” That call never came. Days went by with no follow-up, no explanation, and no attempt to reschedule. I even reached out again asking for a direct contact number and still received nothing. If this is the level of communication before even viewing a property, I can’t imagine trusting a real estate transaction to this person. I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying a sandwich from someone who communicates like this, let alone a home. Very unprofessional experience.

Sometimes you need the services of a professional. Whether it's a plumber, roofer or electrician, they possess knowledge, skills and tools that are necessary for the job to be done right. A good realtor, in my opinion, is one of those professionals who possess those skills necessary for a successful sale. We have bought and sold several homes, but do not possess that knowledge.
