Very unprofessional. I bid on a house in Bristol through another agent and had to learn through a notification from Zillow that the house was pending, and we were unsuccessful with our bid. A professional would have notified the bidders that they were unsuccessful before updating the status on a public website. This demonstrates a total lack of respect for potential buyers and their agents. I would think twice before conducting business with the Bristol KW office.
The woman was very helpful and very courteous
