Worked with Cody Sequino to purchase a home. Cody is AMAZING! He is INCREDIBLY responsive, positive, informative, and honest!!! There were certain places that I would look at with rose colored glasses, and Cody would pull me aside and explain the issues he saw. He was beyond patient with my during a time in which I know I was incredibly anxious. When I buy again I will 100% be working with Cody. Thank you!!!

Did not have a positive experience with Harborside who represented the seller of the home I purchased. The agent did not disclose the correct amount of acres being purchased and the fact that the house is adjacent to wetlands. Unethical business practices.
