They act in bad faith! Lisa was the listing agent on one of the properties that we submitted offer for. The house went on market on Friday and there was open house over the weekend. We went to open house on Sunday. We showed our interest, and Lisa (who was present there) mentioned to us and assured that we can submit offer by end of day. We rushed and got everything submitted around 5 PM and Lisa told us that they had already accept an offer at 4 PM. We purchased a townhouse in May2022. Our agent Charlie Rushing handled our transaction. From the very beginning until the deal was completed, Charlie and the entire staff were outstanding.
