To be clear, we had bad experience with one agent, Kyle. The other agents may very well be good, but after our experience we decided to go elsewhere. We scheduled an appointment to see a house with Kyle. He set us up for 3:30 pm. then pushed it back to 4:00 pm. Then didn't show up, call, or respond to our texts. Just no showed! We waited almost two hours for him to show and didn't even get to see the house. What real estate agent would conduct themselves in this manner? Extremely unprofessional.

Who tries to sell a house in the midst of a national lockdown due to the coronavirus? Despite the restrictions, the Arlene Quirk team calmly and continually reassured us that eventually we would sell our house, and as soon as they could, they quickly arranged showings and our house was sold in three weeks. Arlene and Shaun are outstanding in every way, always available and accommodating, quickly responding to and managing any and all situations. Without a doubt, the Arlene Quirk team at Keller Williams is the best way, the only way, to buy or sell your house. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Be cognizant of every detail in your documents and make sure you feel completely satisfied with your agreements. One of the agents has exhibited deceitful behavior and a lack of integrity. When it comes time for closing, they will turn a blind eye to the detrimental details. Make sure you trust EACH party involved!

This realtor does not do their job. I was asked for a deposit I was purchasing. Negotiations fell through after an engineer went through the home. Now Keller Williams cannot help with recovering my deposit. I signed a letter of termination on 11/20/2019 today is 1212/2019. Their not sure when I will get my deposit back. Loo to other realtors. Carl Will is useless

If you want a realtor down to earth here is where you want to go. No bs. Easy going sold my home to the first buyer. Got the price I wanted.
