Tried several other realtors including from exp. I would avoid exp if you are reading this. Although Weichert Realtors Ruffino is an hour from me, I met realtor Olivia Capelli through Zillow or realtordotcom. She has an aggressive but sweet personality in relationship to sales, and will fight to close house for clients. The other companies I tried couldn’t get the job done for me, without many problems or not following protocol or not looking out for your best interest (exp reality, etc) . I lost a few grand because of them. Right now I’m in a 4 bedroom house paying cheaper mortgage and bills than rent and bills formerly in small two bedroom apartment paying a lot more in rent.
