Jennifer Schimmel was my realtor at Keller Williams. Couldn’t have asked for a better person! Had a difficult time with buyer & his lender dragging & stalling but Jennifer held their feet to the fire & got the deal done! 100% highly recommend Jennifer. Her patience & understanding with me as an anxiety ridden senior citizen was outstanding! lol. Very professional!

I would give 100 stars if I could! Joe Milan has been nothing short of spectacular to work with. He assisted me in one home sale and two rentals. He spent a lot of time with me answering questions, ensuring I understood everything and provided valuable insight. He truly made what is typically a daunting experience relatively stress free. His communication and attentiveness is most notable. I texted him today, years after the home sale requesting a document and within the hour it was in my inbox. I will continue to use Joe for any future sale/purchase. I trust he has his client's best interest in mind.

I cannot even put into words the amount of gratitude I have for Joe and Sandra. My family and friends used Joe as a realtor for many years now and while he was out due to surgery for a bit, Sandra stepped in. They answered all of my questions throughout the home buying process (which seems like there were hundreds LOL), were quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for my husband and I. We finally found the most perfect home and just settled this past Tuesday! Buying a home in today’s market, especially for a newly married, young couple is extremely difficult, but these two agents stepped up for us and gave us the best possible experience. Demi my relator is very nice, personable and persuasive. I was persuaded, urged NOT to get an inspection and told not getting an inspection would be tangent on me getting the house. My fault for accepting the "being rushed feeling" because of my realtor having other appts" The very quick walk through did not reveal anything (being rushed because of the closing issue), My advice to anyone is to GET AN INSPECTION. Not getting an inspection has cause me thousands of dollars and the issues and monies are rising. I was told when we turned on the dryer and I smelled something burning, that the vents just needed to be cleaned. DRYER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IT WAS BURNT OUT. Two of the 3 toilets leaked and needed to be replaced. The garbage deposal does not work. (I was told by a repair ma
