FIND ANOTHER REALTOR ASAP. My wife and I were shown a property by one of Keller Williams realtors, Mr. Yogesh U. Thakur. We chose to view this place because it was within our price range of $2200 a month. After being shown the property, I advised the realtor we would be in touch as I would like to discuss with my wife. After discussing with my wife I called Mr. Thakur and spoke about applying and if there was any criteria that would make us disqualified as the application would cost $100. Mr. Thakur advised me that the landlord did not accept any other applicants nor advised of any pending applications as we were told the landlord was looking for a family to fill the occupancy.
