I was under contract to purchase a property, but Mauro and the sellers failed to keep the heat on, which caused the pipes to burst. They then refused to return my earnest money. I am currently pursuing legal action to recover the deposit and associated attorney’s fees. Based on this experience, I would recommend working with someone more honest and responsible.
