I had the most unfortunate experience with a Keller Williams Elite agent who was supposed to be representing me and looking out for my best interest as my buyer agent. I would not recommend Yvette Sanabria to anyone as she colluded with the KW Gateway. Norhingham, MD selling agent and used scare tactics and cohursion, after I wanted to terminate, to get me to buy a house against my will. After settlement, I learned that the house had multiple recent insurance claims on it which the KW Gateway selling agent did not disclose (material fact). Both KW agents were only interested in getting their commission and not about the buying client's best interest. I do not recommend using either Yvette Sanabria, KW Elite or Betty Klepetka, KW Gateway, LLC, Nothingham, MD. Both agents were dishonest

So I worked with Niv (sellers agent) during my closing. Within one month my balcony leaked, deck leaked, AC/FURNACE blew out, railings feel off my wall and my toilet was installed improperly. I called John Lefever, Lanc City chief of construction or whatever, Niv was listed as an investor/GC/and agent. John noted that the entire house failed his inspection once he assed the house. Niv, once contacted ran off and Keller Williams upon trying to serve him, protected him.These are not good people. Before attempting to serve Niv, KWE tried to get me to sign an NDA and said they would pay up to $1000in damages. These damages are over $50,000. This company is in the business of deception

Our realtor, Gina Meier with the Meier-McPhee Team, was AWESOME! They give you a concierge-level service. She made calls, helping me decide on a patio door to buy and have installed. Actually she ended up ordering and paying for it to make my life easier. She supplied young men to help with some heavy lifting and moving. The house went live online on a Friday afternoon and we had 33 offers in 3 days. We got together to go over them on the 4th day and by the 5th day we had an agreement to sell. It was absolutely the easiest process with Gina presenting the pros and cons of each offer. I would highly recommend Gina and her team to everyone!
