I have bought and sold numerous properties with realtors, and I can absolutely say this was the worst experience I have ever had. Jeff Neal was the realtor. He completely dropped the ball over and over, failed to follow through on items he committed to handling and left me with a huge mess and thousands in expenses; unable to move furniture in for 2 mos and having to board my dogs. He never one time returned a call from the day I signed papers and he got paid. Well into the transaction he announced that his "partner" was taking over to handle things and promised he would call me, I still didn't get a single phone call or response to help handle the mess he left. Do you want a place with low ethics, then this is the joint for you. The agent (Ms EP) I contacted to help me buy a house, one where she was the listing agent. She hid critical and relevant information from me. With less than 2 weeks before closing I cancelled the deal & lost money because I discovered what she did not want me to know. After I brought this discovered fact to her attention, she worked hard to have me ignore what was detrimental to my financial interest. This low ethical character then had the stupidity to send a text complaining that she was counting on the commission. That appears to be all of her concerns: Her $$$ & to hell with the buyer.

Beware of scammers. Always have someone with you that knows the process. This is unethical and will be reported to TREC. Stop misleading people when this should be a great experience. I absolutely will not recommend my realtor
