I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Keller Williams. My experience buying a home through one of their agents in 2022 has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property was marketed as “completely remodeled,” yet when the VA appraisal came through it clearly noted the main house appliances were delivered but not even installed, and the detached unit was not a legal second dwelling. None of this was disclosed to me. Since closing, I’ve uncovered layers of issues title irregularities, unpermitted work, and defects that directly contradict the seller’s and agent’s assurances.
