This was my first experience working with a Realtor; for the homes we've purchased, we've worked directly with the builder. I didn't really know what to expect. Charlie and Kate made the entire process of selling our home absolutely smooth and easy; they handled all of the complexities of a remote transaction (we're in Texas, now!) gracefully and simplified the process. I was amazed how quickly they prepared the house and connected us with a buyer, and impressed with the rapid negotiation to an offer over the listing price. Now I understand the value of working with a professional team! I highly recommend Keller Williams, and Charlie & Kate for any transaction.

Frankly my experience was not good I have bought and sold 4 homes and worked with several realtors who became long term friends but my experience with Michael lyons was awful . He came across extremely rude and didn’t seem to respect our boundaries .He was terrible at communicating and sent very rude messages without any regards to what the circumstances surrounding my move where . I had to sell and move very fast because of my divorce and with two young kids and a dog he made that process very difficult. I don’t leave bad reviews but I think it’s important that others looking for a realtor know that he really needs to work on his people skills. It’s not just about listing and making money - it’s a professional and trusty relationship because I’m sure I’ll purchase again in Colorado.After

I have been buying and selling investment properties for 25 years now and this transaction was to purchase a solid rental property with upside potential. Pat and Bridget really delivered on this transaction. Not many realtors understand "the numbers" when it comes to rate of return and can bring that understanding into property selection. Additionally, they have a great attention to detail, which kept me on track with matters that I would have missed or did not have time to deal with in the short closing period of this latest deal. There was never any pressure or bias to buy a particular home. They are of the highest integrity and I would recommend their services to anyone!
