This negative review is based on a home sale with realtor Kwaku Mitchell and the Keller Williams Classic Realty. If anyone is thinking about using him as a realtor, run the other way and find anybody else but him. You have been warned, he is probably the most un-ethical realtor I have ever met. He said he is a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert. When a couple gets divorced, they usually do not want to talk to each other, so he steps in and mediates. The problem Kwaku is a predator and will seize any opportunity to enrich himself despite his clients. So, he might not be truthful to the other side in any negotiations.
