A representative of this company, Nikki DeMeo, came to Belize to visit and represent a sister company here KW Realty Belize. Complete embarrassment to her job/company/title. I am an Expat with dual nationality here in Belize and own a company in the same parking lot. She showed up VERY (stumbling) intoxicated, extremely aggressive, and I can’t express how disrespectful she was except to tell you she actually spit on our signage when we told her and her partner they were WAY to out of control to be tattooed. My advice to you if you are thinking of acquiring property here in Belize (or anywhere actually), I would not trust this woman with ANYTHING. This statement comes from a business owner that has been clean and sober for a VERY long time, trust me, I can read people. Complete embarrassme

This was the agency that represented the seller when I bought my house. So I figured they'd be a natural choice to put it back on the market. I talked to an agent about selling my home a week ago. They said they'd do some research and call me back within a day or so. Nobody ever did.
