Especially if the house is being sold "as-is," there is ALWAYS an underlying problem with homes tagged this way, even if this realtor swears up and down, "There is nothing wrong with the home." His practices are questionable, and while he will absolutely keep the seller's best interest in mind and fully commit to his fiduciary duty... is it worth it when he puts sellers at risk by hiding material facts from buyers? John Pulvers wouldn’t write our offer because it was “too low for him to write”. The house has been on the market for 270+ days and is in terrible condition. He lied about the condition of the home. He said that it was “lightly used” with black marks all over the walls, holes in the countertop, holes in the drywall, and the carpet is trashed. I would look elsewhere if you want someone to help you sell your house. He clearly has no interest in selling them.

John Ford with Keller Williams provides poor support and direction to his operating agents. Angela with Keller Williams provided subpar representation during a deal and failed to perform on legally agreed failure to pay. Both the agent and the principal broker have ignored communications. I am left with no options than to file a claim with the Marion County Circuit court.
