Keller Williams Capital City: Colleen Benson

Collen Benson is the worst real estate person I have ever worked with. I would give her minus stars if I could. She talks a good talk, but after you sign on the dotted line, that is it. I should have seen the red flag when the agent we were originally working with who reported to her quit. My husband was diagnosed with cancer and we needed to remove our listing. I did not expect her to cancel our contract but a little understanding would have been nice. We had a very cold and abrupt end to our relationship but continued our contact for several months versus paying her about $1800.00 to buy out of our contact. Please choose someone else.

Had a wonderful experience selling and purchasing my home. Can it recommend enough. Colleen and her team actually care about the people they help :)
