Fantastic Experience, Wealth of Knowledge realistic and trustworthy. I have purchased and sold 4 houses and had dealings with eight realtors. Keith is by far the best I've worked with. Keith is meticulous about research and price setting, patient and can be a great calming force when things are not going well, realistic helping to provide good market information and feedback that helped me as a seller determine the best steps for us. Keith has worked harder than any other realtor in my experience diligently showing the house and arranging for a wonderful posting. I truly cannot say how thrilled I was to be able to work with him. It was truly a pleasure.

Keith is the best. We think the world of Keith. We explained to Keith what kind of a home we wanted (bedrooms, bathrooms etc.) and the locations we were interested in. We explained to him where I worked at that I would need a home nearby plus other things we wanted to be close to. At first I did have multiple areas in mind. Keith listened to what we were wanting and when we went to search homes he did show us homes in those areas. Moving from out of state can be a little tricky to figure out where you want. Keith was always polite and professional and clearly listened to us. We found our forever home thanks to Keith. He went above and beyond our expectations. If I could give him ten stars I definitely would. If you’re looking for a real estate agent I highly recommend Keith Packey.

You can’t get much better! . Keith was professional and attentive since day one! We were introduced to him from close friends of ours who recently sold and bought a new home with the help of Keith.
