Keez Property Management

My rental unit is taken over by Keez MGMT. Happily. They make things so easy to deal with. They have an app so you can check on your account any time. Angie and Chantelle are are the nicest people on earth to talk to. They help you if you have a problem installing the app. They are just wonderful. When I move back to the Sioux Falls area I hope to rent from Keez property. I can't brag them up enough.

Best landlords I have ever rented from! I was a tenant for about two years before I had to unexpectedly leave due to unfortunate circumstances. Angela was very understanding and was great about working with me when I needed to move. I recently started the process of looking for my own place again (after living with family for 4 months) and I’m having a very hard time finding a place that is as nice (and affordable) as the place that I rented from Keez. Rent from Keez, you won’t regret it!

Angie and Chantelle are great to work with as landlords. They answer back in a timely manner when I have an apartment issue that needs to be taken care of. They are friendly, as well as being professional. They made sure CAM Companies got my furnace fixed when it was not working properly, and they have been helpful with other apartment issues that I have had.

My sister lives in an apt facility that is managed and maintain by Keez. I have been d very impressed with Angela. The response to service requests have been prompt. And equally important has been the care and concern for the well- being of residents. My sister had an operation that resulted in an extended stay at a rehab facility, and Angela asked to be updated on her progress. The type of caring that is sometimes hard to find these days.

I have been with Keez property for 2 years now. I don’t even know where to begin to say how great and caring they are! Angie is so amazing, take the time to talk to her and know that she is a straight shooter, will give it to you as it is but in a way that is still caring and understanding. She is top notch to my girls and I and we appreciate everything she does for not only the property we live at but the others to maintain safety and balance. Shar’ee is another part of the team and she has that family vibe to her once you get to know her, like she’s your best friend or favorite sister! She has always taken time to get to know the girls and I. We absolutely love these two and are so glad we are here with them.
