I feel strongly that folks should avoid renting a KCC property at all costs. These people are poorly responsive slumlords that will nickel and dime you every step of the way. From insane deductions on security deposits to delayed repairs, living in a KCC property is a massively unpleasant experience. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.
