It was drawn out and stressful, but Zack and Carter never gave up. They handled every challenge with professionalism, kept pushing forward, and made sure everything stayed on track. In fact, we had to file an appeal just to get the appraisal corrected — and we won it, thanks to Zack and Carter’s dedication and hard work!
