We didn’t hire ,, people who bought our house had to use her thru their realtor,, at first ok, but on final day of closing we had problems !! Her figures and amounts were questioned,, Katie got an attitude!!! No way she was wrong according to her!!! Our realtor pointed out mistake,, nothing corrected,, we went to settle up at our bank, they questioned and found mistake, same one we pointed out , she figured payoff to bank wrong, thus not paying note off in full,, we then called and questioned her again, attitude,, bank also called and told her wrong figures!!!
