My dad is getting notices posted to his door for supposedly having people in his apartment but he has not. There’s no proof of this because it has not happened but I feel as though they just want to kick him out at this point over nothing.During the time that they said there was someone there, he was actually at my cousins house hours away. They receive money from HUD for him & guess we will need to contact HUD to have this sorted out. You can’t just kick people out for nothing & you have to take them to court to get that done. It’s harassment to send the police over to his house looking for some random women they think is there. He is elderly & it’s abusive. The courts require proof of violations & you won’t have that because nothing happened. Meanwhile there is black mold in that apartme

I ve ended up in apartment's that these people ran before. They actually run them into the ground til some other company take them over and the nightmare continues. Carlson property management company turns these places into slums. These people need to be turned in to HUD HOUSING & anyone who takes any of these apartments over afterwards should be aware that this is what's happening. I've actually lived in one that used to be owned by Carlson property management company and now someother company owns it and see first hand what not being done

Writing from a friend's account. But they are not good landlords. The apartments are not clean when you move in, I had take out food under my bathroom sink. There is drugs all over the complex but in the book of a lease it says Drug free. They do nothing about people who over smoke make halls and where you wash clothes smell. So you really are not washing clothes They will smell like smoke. I think a few maitance men work harder then others. Office staff is rude. Our washer was broke 9 months. I really could keep going.

Terrace View, Westview Apartments in Antigo are horrendous. The apartment building is not clean anywhere, the hallways look like the haven't been vacuumed in months, totally disgusting. It reeks of cat piss, the carpets are nasty. I have always had landlords, maintance at least put new carpeting in and apartment was have way clean. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Freaking pot holes in parking lot bigger than some cars, kids play in that area anyone can break their dam leg! Freaking Slum Lords! Inspection waiting to happen soon. Something needs to be addressed maybe a news company investigating. So you can respond to reviews that are not your properties but the actual ones you own and poorly clean and fix NO RESPONSE!!

I lived in these apartments on more than one occasion unfortunately because this town is full of overpriced crack homes and apartments, but this one is by far the worst, they are terrible at keeping up on maintenance, there are mice and cockroaches in every apt, they let junkies live here then kick out good people because they are asked to do their job properly, and will stick random violations on your door for things that aren’t even your fault, just to get you kicked out, and then the office lady Kelsey is nothing but a bully, she fails to provide proper information to tenants, she is combative when asked why she has not sent proper paperwork to tenants and then sticks a violation on their door because she failed to send the paperwork for months and then blames you for not paying postage
